Publication of the article "Strengthening the Deep Strategic Partnership"

On February 12, 2025, in the daily issue of the main state newspaper of Turkmenistan "Neutral Turkmenistan" an article by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan Niyatbekzoda Vafo entitled "Strengthening the Deep Strategic Partnership" dedicated to the cultural cooperation of the two countries, was published.

The article considers the role of cultural interaction in strengthening friendly relations between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, the events that were organized in honor of the 300th  anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fragi on the territory of the two countries, as well as the influence of the works of the great Tajik-Persian literature persons like Firdavsi, Rudaki, Omar Hayyam, Saadi Sherozi, Jaloliddin Balkhi, and Hafiz Sherozi on the worldview and creativity of Makhtumkuli.

The article also underlines the influence of works of M.Fragi on the modern Tajik writers and poets.
