Meeting of Ambassador of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan with Hyakim of Mary region

May 7, 2025, in the building of the administration of the Mary region, meeting of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan Niyatbekzoda Vafo with Hyakim Mary velayat Turkmenistan Orazov Begenchmyrat took place.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the current state and prospects of further development of relations in the field agriculture, industry, as well as in cultural and humanitarian and tourist areas. The importance of strengthening interactions in these areas, especially within the framework of the implementation Agreement between the Executive body of state power of Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan and Hyakimlik of Mary velayat of Turkmenistan on the implementation of international and foreign economic relations in trade, economic, scientific and technical, social, cultural and humanitarian spheres, was emphasized.

In this regard, the establishment of permanent workers contacts between enterprises and entrepreneurs of two countries, mutual participation in the events and informing about relevant

projects in the Khatlon and Mary regions was also noted important.

The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and understanding.
