Ambassador`s meeting with the Chairman of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation

On April 5, 2022, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Federal Republic of Germany, Imomudin Sattorov met with the Chairman of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, former Chairman of German Bundestag (2005-2017), Professor Nobert Lammert.

The sides discussed bilateral cooperation, including the implementation of joint projects and programs with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Central Asia as well as focused on regional issues.

During the meeting an official invitation was delivered to Professor Nobert Lammert to take part in the Second High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028”, to be held on June 6-9, 2022, in Dushanbe. 

The foundation is named after the first Chancellor of Germany, a prominent politician Konrad Adenauer, and as a political institution belongs to one of the most influential parties in Germany – the Christian Democratic Union. The Foundation is represented in approximately 100 countries and has 111 offices.
