Political consultations between Tajikistan and Germany

On 6 May 2022, was held a new round of political consultations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Federal Republic of Germany.

The delegations were headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Muzaffar Huseinzoda and the Director of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany for cooperation with Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia Matthias Luettenberg.

During the consultations, the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations in the political, economic, scientific, cultural, and tourism spheres, as well as cooperation between the two countries within the framework of international and regional organizations were discussed.

The parties also exchanged views on celebrating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and Germany.
