Presentation of the country's tourism opportunities in the film "Tajikistan - a shining diamond"

At the international tourism exhibition "ITB-Berlin" to be held on March 7-9, 2023 in the Exhibition Centre of Berlin "Messe Berlin", the tourism opportunities of Tajikistan will be presented.

On the side-lines of this event, establishing working contacts between domestic travel companies and foreign partners and signing new cooperation agreements is planned. It should be noted that the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has always shown interest in the field of tourism and has created the necessary conditions for its further development.

In this regard, in the summer of 2022, at the initiative of the Embassy of Tajikistan to Germany and with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Committee for Tourism Development, a film was made about the tourism opportunities of our country called “Tajikistan – a shining diamond”.

The film was produced by the former German Ambassador to Tajikistan Matthias Mayer (1997-2000) and German film and creative director of «Art-In-Motion» Harald von Wikowski.

This film shows Tajikistan as a country with a rich history, hospitable people, unique and unexplored nature, high mountains, flora and fauna, ancient monuments, a charming land and the best travel destination for foreign tourists.
