Tajik-German government talks to be held in autumn

  On the eve of the Tajik-German government talks this year, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Federal Republic of Germany Sohibnazar Gayratsho met with the new head of the Asian Department of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, Mrs. Heike Litzinger. During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of previously reached agreements and highly appreciated the implementation of hydropower projects, the construction of medical facilities, and the implementation of a program to protect mother and child. The ambassador described the projects implemented by the German government in Tajikistan as the best example of partnership between the two countries and noted that their further continuation in a multilateral framework will help Tajikistan to improve social infrastructure and create a production value chain.
