Meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan in the German Bundestag

On May 7, 2021, in Berlin the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Germany Sohibnazar Gairatsho met with the head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group "Germany and Central Asia", member of Bundestag Manfred Grund.

During the meeting the enhancement of bilateral cooperation in various fields, as well as the development of inter-parliamentary ties, were discussed. The sides also exchanged views on the recent events and the current situation at the state border of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

The Ambassador emphasised the constructive role of the Leader of the Nation in maintaining peace and stability, as well as the aspirations of the Tajik people to establish good-neighbourly relations for the sake of regionаl development.
