Meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan in the German Eastern Business Association

On May 18, 2021, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Germany Sohibnazar Gayratsho met with the Executive Director of the German Eastern Business Association Michael Harms. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the current state and prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation between the two countries in the post-coronavirus period.

Referring to the rapid industrialization and ongoing economic reforms in Tajikistan, the Ambassador called on the German Eastern Business Association, German investors and interested sides to take part in the implementation of the priority projects. The parties noted the necessary of holding a business forum with the participation of business circles of the two countries in the post-crisis period.
