On August 22, 2022, the Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Ilhom Abdurahmon met with the Chancellor of Al Qasimia University Prof. Dr. Awad Al Khalf.

During the meeting, both sides expressed interest in increasing the number of Tajikistan students at Al Qasimia University.
