Meeting Ambassador at the Minister of Defense of Pakistan

On June 8, 2022, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Pakistan Ismatullo Nasredin met with the Federal Minister of Defence of Pakistan Khawaja Muhammad Asif. During the meeting a wide range of issues of Tajik-Pakistani relations were considered, especially in the sphere of economy, security and military-technical sphere. The parties exchanged views on the current military-political, economic and social situation in Afghanistan, which directly affects the security situation in the region, as well as on other key issues of mutual interest. It was emphasized that Pakistan appreciates the efforts of Tajikistan to strengthen peace and stability in the region.
