The exchange of congratulatory letters of the Chairman of Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E.Rustami Emomali and the Chairman of the Senate of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The congratulatory message of the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan addressed to the Chairman of the Senate of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan reads, in particular:

“Excellency,

Please accept our sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of events that are memorable for the peoples of the two countries - the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Over these three decades, our countries have constantly made every practical effort to reach a high level of constructive relations, expand inter-parliamentary cooperation and ensure an effective prospect for their further development: we positively assess the further efforts of both countries in this direction.

Tajikistan stands for the development of relations between our countries in various fields in the spirit of mutual understanding and trust, develops programs and takes measures necessary to achieve this goal.

We are convinced that with firm determination and joint efforts we will be able to enrich inter-parliamentary relations between two countries that have common historical and cultural ties with significant results.

I hope that in this anniversary year the inter-parliamentary relations of our friendly countries will be enriched with new colors.
