Meeting at the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan

On May 13, 2024 the Chargé d’affaires of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Shafiev Saidjon met with Ms Maria Agnes M. Cervantes, the Ambassador of the Republic of Philippines to the Republic of Tajikistan with a residence in Islamabad. During the meeting the sides exchanged views on issues related to bilateral cooperation in political, economic, investment, cultural, educational, migration and tourism between the two countries. During the meeting, the Ambassador of Philippines expressed his satisfaction with the realistic policy and global initiatives of Tajikistan in the urgent issues, noting that over the past two decades Tajikistan played a significant role in the international arena, and managed to attract more attention of the world community to global issues, especially water and Climate change, which reflects the political reputation, and all are the result of a constant effort of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon.
