Congratulatory Message on the Occasion of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan

Dear compatriots,

It is a great honor and joy that every year, on November 6, our beloved country celebrates the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan with pride and a deep sense of patriotism.

The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, adopted through a nationwide referendum on November 6, 1994, is a historic and fateful document — the nation’s charter of happiness. It embodies the thousand-year aspirations of the Tajik people in building an independent, democratic, law-based, secular, and unified state. The adoption of the Constitution during a difficult and sensitive period of our modern history laid a solid foundation for strengthening statehood, restoring peace and stability, and ensuring national unity.

This important and historic document, initiated through the wisdom and vision of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and supported by the strong will of the civilized and noble people of Tajikistan, gave a powerful impetus to the political, economic, social, and cultural development of the country.

Throughout the years of independence, the Constitution has served as the supreme legal foundation that defines the path of state and social development, guarantees the protection of human rights and freedoms, strengthens the rule of law and political stability, and promotes sustainable economic growth and improvement of living standards.

On this blessed occasion, we sincerely congratulate all our dear compatriots and wish you lasting peace and stability, good health, success, prosperity, and new achievements.
