Meeting with the Federal Minister for Defence of Pakistan

On 8 December 2025, a meeting between the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Yusuf Sharifzoda, and the Federal Minister for Defence of Pakistan, Mr. Khawaja Muhammad Asif, was held at the latter’s office.

The two sides discussed the current state and prospects of developing cooperation between Tajikistan and Pakistan, reaffirming their readiness to expand ties in the fields of security, defence, and other areas of mutual interest.

The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
