Ambassador Visits the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM)

On 12 June 2026, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Mr. Yusuf Sharifzoda, paid a visit to the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM).

During the visit, the Ambassador was briefed on the institution’s activities, academic programs, and its capacity for training specialists in the fields of tourism, hospitality, and hotel management. He also ознакомился with the college’s achievements in the development of human resources.

The Ambassador also held a meeting with the leadership of the college. During the discussion, the parties exchanged views on the development of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Pakistan, particularly in the fields of education, training of highly qualified professionals for the tourism and hospitality sectors, exchange of experience between educational institutions of the two countries, and the effective utilization of existing opportunities to strengthen cooperation.
