Murod  Saidzoda 

Born in 1983 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Mr. Saidzoda graduated from the Tajik State National University, faculty of International Relations in 2004; later in 2008, he received a degree from the Tajik State National University, faculty of Law.

In 2004 till 2007 served as a Leading specialist of informational analytical department of the Executive Office of the President of Tajikistan.

Mr. Saidzoda joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2008 working in different departments of MFA – International Organizations Department, Attaché and the Second Secretary of the State Protocol Department, MFA.

In 2010 – 2011 Mr. Saidzoda was appointed as a Secretary General of Tajikistan National Commission for UNESCO, MFA. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Deputy Head of the State Protocol Department, MFA. In 2013, Mr. Saidzoda took a post of the Head of the Department of European and American Countries.

From 2014 to 2018 Mr. Saidzoda joined the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Federal Republic of Germany and was taking the posts of First Secretary and Counselor of the Embassy.

Since, November 2018, Mr. Saidzoda again took the position of the Head of the Department of European and American Countries.      

On September 21, 2020, he assumed the duties of the Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Istanbul.

 

Fluent in Russian, Turkish and English.

Mr. Murod Saidzoda is married and has 3 children.
