Participation of the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan at the 22nd Eurasian Economic Summit of the Eurasian Economic Community in Istanbul
The 22nd Eurasian Economic Summit of the Eurasian Economic Community was held on 6-7 February 2019 at the initiative of the Marmara Foundation for Strategic and Social Studies.
The summit was attended by the heads of some foreign countries, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, the Vice President of Turkey, members of the Government of the host country, deputies, as well as business circles, investors and representatives of major companies from Europe and Asia.
The summit consisted of round tables on economic, investment, water and energy, science and technology.
The delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan at the Summit was headed by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Jabborzoda Gulru.
Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade in her speech talk about the National Development Strategy of Tajikistan until 2030, investment opportunities in the country's economy, hydropower projects, including the launch of the first unit of the Rogun hydroelectric power station, CASA-1000, the Free Economic Zones. The country and the announcement of the moratorium provided information on all types of inspections of business entities in the manufacturing sectors.
