On October 15, 2018, at the initiative of the Consulate General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Istanbul, Istanbul  University hosted the International Conference on the necessity of joint fight against terrorist organizations. Saidmukarram Abdukadirzoda, Chairman of the Ulema Council of the Islamic Center of Tajikistan, Veysel Ishigdar, First Deputy Mufti of Istanbul, Mufti of  Fatih district in  Istanbul Vahap Kapijioglu and Rector of Istanbul University Professor Mahmut Ak attended the conference.

Saidmukarram Abdukadirzoda, Tajik Council of Ulema, spoke about the emergence of the terrorist and extremist party organization in the Republic of Tajikistan. He noted that all famous Tajik clergy had not accepted the establishment of the Islamic Renaissance Party at that time  were fearlessly regarded as harmful, unacceptable, and opposed to the country's stability. But the ignorant leaders, ignoring the will of the Muslim people and clergy, held their sessions through the ideological propaganda and financial support of their foreign farms, entered the political life of the country and sparked the civil war for a short time. The five-year war has led to the killing of tens of thousands of civilians, the displacement of hundreds of thousands of the country's population, and the destruction of urban and rural areas in Tajikistan. For the sake of peace, the country's top leadership agreed to a peaceful operation of the party. But the Nazis did not stop committing serious terrorist crimes. At the instruction and financing of the head of the terrorist-extremist organization of the Islamic extremist organization, a military coup attempt took place on September 4, 2015 in the Republic of Tajikistan by the active and leading members of the party. As a result, repulsive and Muslim youth of Tajikistan, who aim to protect their Motherland and nation, were killed by Nazi terrorists. The Turkish Republic also experienced the same coup on July 15, 2016, witnessing the killing of hundreds of innocent civilians. It follows that all terrorist organizations use a common method - violence and the use of weapons and terror - and there is little difference between them. Therefore there is a need for joint struggle against them today. Saidmukarram Abdukadirzadeh said at the Conference: "The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said about such people:" The one who puts a gun on us is not from us and the one who betrays us is not from us. "

In conclusion, the Chairman of the Islamic Council of the Republic of Tajikistan expressed gratitude to the relevant authorities for the expulsion of the active members of the terrorist organization from the territory of Turkey, noting that the threat of the party from terrorist organizations "DUSHAN" and "Al-Qaeda" no less.

Continuing the conference, mufti of Istanbul Veysel Ishishdar, mufti of Fatih district of Istanbul Vehap Kapijioglu, Rector of Istanbul University Professor Mahmut Ak and expressed their views on the threat of hatred in today's society.

As a part of this Conference, a meeting of Saidmukarram Abdukadirzoda with the Rector of Istanbul University Professor Mahmut Ak was held. During the meeting, the parties condemned the terrorist organizations (hatred and organization Fethullah Gulen) in their countries, stating that the terrorist does not have a state, religion, nationality or religion. The rector of Istanbul University said that there is no room for amateur terrorist organizations in Turkey, especially the University of Istanbul. The interlocutor emphasized that in order to prevent the actions of the enemy's enemies at the next meeting of the Council of Turkish Scientists it is necessary to establish necessary cooperation with the relevant authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan and to expel them from all universities and educational institutions.
