Meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan with compatriots residing in Ukraine

On January 13, 2023, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Ukraine Davlatali Nazrizoda met with compatriots living in Ukraine.

During the conversation, the Ambassador of Tajikistan informed about the policy adopted by the Head of State and the Government of the Republic, as well as the important points of the Address by the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon to the Parliament of the country and drew the attention of those present to the implementation of the fourth strategic goal – acceleration industrialization of the country.

D. Nazrizoda informed about the current situation and prospects for the development of cooperation between Tajikistan and Ukraine and drew the attention of the audience to the implementation of the work plans of the Embassy, especially those related to cooperation with compatriots.

The Ambassador stressed the importance of the contribution of compatriots abroad as partners in the development of the country, as well as the positive image of Tajikistan in the host country, and encouraged them to be more united in this process. Preventing crime among compatriots, taking measures to organize Tajik language courses for children, and holding various cultural, educational and sporting events were among the topics on which the Head of the Diplomatic mission expressed his opinion. He also noted that in order to establish close contacts and cooperation with compatriots, an advisory Council with the participation of compatriots is planned to be established at the embassy.
