Meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan with the newly appointed Ambassador of Azerbaijan

On June 15, 2023, in the building of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Ukraine Davlatali Nazrizoda and the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan Seymur Gurban oglu Mardaliyeva in Kiev.

During the conversation, D. Nazrizoda congratulated the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan on his appointment and wished him new successes. Then the parties exchanged views on the historical and cultural foundations of relations between the Tajik and Azerbaijani peoples, the development of cooperation and bilateral and multilateral relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan. The ambassadors discussed the situation in their country of residence and noted the need to find new ways to expand the flow of goods, use new corridors for the transportation of goods, cooperation between embassies in Kyiv, and holding joint cultural events.
