Video conference on attracting investments

On May 24, 2024, at the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to Ukraine, a virtual conference was held between official representatives of the ministries and offices of the Republic of Tajikistan and the leaderships of the Moroccan company “Maghreb-Vostok” to attract capital and develop trade and economic cooperation between Tajikistan and Morocco.

The event was opened by Mr. Davlatali Nazrizoda, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Ukraine, and continued with opening remarks by representatives of Tajikistan and Morocco.

During the videoconference, the sides discussed specific issues - establishment of trade houses “Republic of Tajikistan - Mediterranean” in the cities of Dushanbe and Rabat, holding business forums and other events related to the expansion of trade and economic ties between the two countries.

The conference participants decided to study the issue in more detail, taking into account the proposed ideas, and to return to a joint discussion in the future.
