Celebration of National Unity Day in Kyiv

On June 26, 2024, a holiday meeting dedicated to the Day of National Unity was held in the building of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Ukraine. The meeting was attended by Ukrainian guests, representatives of the Tajik community of the city of Kyiv, Kyiv region and Ukrainian guests.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Ukraine Davlatali Nazrizoda in his speech congratulated the audience on the Day of National Unity and spoke about the civil war, the significance of the XVI Session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan and the General Agreement on the establishment of peace and national accord in Tajikistan in modern history - in the period of the state independence of Tajikistan. It was emphasized that especially through the direct efforts of the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Emomali Rahmon, the people of the country achieved complete political peace and stability, and construction and restoration work, including by attracting foreign capital, began.

Then the Ambassador informed about the current development of the country, in particular, about the implementation of the strategic goals set by the Leader of the Nation, H.E. Emomali Rahmon, and stressed that all these achievements were achieved thanks to the unity of society and sustainable peace in the country.
