Ambassador of Tajikistan visited the National Library of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise

On March 19, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Ukraine Davlatali Nazrizoda visited the National Library named after Yaroslav the Wise in Kyiv.

During the meeting with the Deputy Directors General of the library Natalia Tsukrenko and Oksana Brui, issues of expanding and strengthening cultural cooperation, as well as the importance of books as a means of bringing our peoples closer together, were discussed.

During the visit to the library, the Ambassador of Tajikistan received a library card and became a member of this unique knowledge base.

The high-ranking Tajik diplomat also donated to the library a number of works by Tajik authors, translated and published in Ukrainian.

These books will introduce library readers to the unique world of Tajik culture, traditions and literary heritage.
