Meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan with the Director of the National Tourism Office of Moldova

On 12 June 2026, a meeting took place in Chisinau between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Moldova, resident in Kyiv, Davlatali Nazrizoda, and the Director of the National Tourism Office of the Republic of Moldova, Ms. Anna Sandra.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism, including the mutual promotion of tourist destinations, cultural heritage preservation, and new opportunities for cooperation. They also highlighted the importance of exchange of experience between relevant sectors to support tourism development.

The parties agreed to organize press tours for journalists to promote the tourism potential of both countries and encourage travel between Tajikistan and Moldova.

They also discussed cooperation within the framework of the 35th anniversary of the independence of both countries in 2026, aimed at promoting cultural values, traditions, and tourism potential, and further strengthening friendly relations between the peoples of the two states.
