Ambassador of Tajikistan Visits Cojusna Village in Moldova

On 13 June 2026, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Moldova, with residence in Kyiv, Davlatali Nazrizoda, during a working visit to Chișinău, visited the village of Cojușna, which is one of the most picturesque tourist destinations in the Republic of Moldova and is located a few kilometers from the city of Chișinău.

At the recommendation of the National Tourism Office of the Republic of Moldova and accompanied by the secretary of the local council of Cojușna village, Strășeni District, Ms. Svetlana Fulga, the Ambassador was briefed on the activities of the House of Culture, the kindergarten, and the village Orthodox church. These institutions operate under local development support programs and are of practical relevance for the development of social infrastructure, family businesses, and rural tourism.

The final stage of the visit was a visit to the “Chateau Cojușna” wine and tourism complex — one of the well-known wine tourism centers in the Republic of Moldova. Founded by local entrepreneur Grigore Panush, the complex features modern production and tourism infrastructure, while its architectural ensemble, designed in the style of a French chateau, organically combines the traditions of Moldovan winemaking with the preservation of the national winemaking heritage.
