Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Afghanistan in Antalya

An international diplomatic conference with the participation of 12 heads of state, government, foreign ministers, influential politicians, scientists, businessmen and media representatives will be held on June 18-20, 2021 in Antalya (Turkey).

In the framework of the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Muhammadhanif Atmar. The sides discussed infrastructure, railways, transport, trade, oil and gas, and culture issues.

In the framework of this meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan S. Muhriddin is expected to meet with Abdullah Abdullah, chairman of the IRA's High Council for National Reconciliation, and Salahuddin Rabbani, Leder of the Islamic Society of Afghanistan, as well as diplomats and politicians from friendly countries.
