On December 14, 2023, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Korea visited Gangwon Province and met with the Governor Mr. Kim Jin Tae. During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues of strengthening of interregional cooperation, including with Khatlon Region.
