Meeting with the President of Shinhan University and participation in the Hwarang Spring” Festival 2025 at Shinhan University

On May 26-27, 2025, Shinhan University in Gyeonggi Province hosted its annual “Hwarang Spring” Festival. 

The event kicked off with a meeting between Ambassador Salohiddin Kirom of Tajikistan to the Republic of Korea and Shinhan University President Dr. Kang Sunjong. Their discussion focused on strengthening educational ties and expanding student exchange programs between Shinhan University and Tajikistan higher education institutions.

Ambassador Kirom also addressed the festival's opening ceremony, extending congratulations to the university leadership and students. 

A vibrant Tajik cultural corner, prepared by Tajik students, was a highlight of the festival. Here, university officials, professors, students, and guests explored books on Tajikistan’s rich history and culture, admired traditional crafts and national costumes, and learned about the country's tourist attractions.

The festival also featured a dynamic fashion show where Tajik students proudly showcased their national costumes. Attendees also enjoyed a table laden with delicious Tajik national dishes, offering a taste of Tajikistan’s culinary herit
