Congratulatory speech of the Ambassador

Distinguished colleagues,
Members of diplomatic corps in Tajikistan and Kuwait,
Dear friends,
Esteemed compatriots!
I am extremely delighted and privileged to announce that today, on the 31st of March, 2020 we mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of establishment of bilateral diplomatic ties between the Republic of Tajikistan and the State of Kuwait.
On the occasion of this landmark event in the newest history of bilateral relationship between the two friend countries, I acknowledge it as my human mission to extend from the bottom of my heart warm words of congratulations to all my colleagues whom I highly value and all diplomatic servants of Tajikistan and Kuwait those who made an invaluable contribution to laying the first ever stone of integration and strong partnership on the path of the history of bilateral linkages.
Thanks to iron will, strong commitment and tireless aspiration of the heads of two friend and brotherly states – President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon and Emir of the State of Kuwait His Highness Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah a solid foundation of unbreakable ties of friendship between the peoples of the two countries had been built twenty five years back along with recognition of states’ sovereignty.
Since the very beginning, when bilateral diplomatic relations between the two nations had been set up, Tajikistan and Kuwait so far had been succeeded to have high-level wide-ranging cooperation and strong partnership.
In honor of the 25th anniversary of bilateral Tajikistan – Kuwait Diplomatic Relationship I avail myself of this opportunity to sincerely thank and appreciate all friends, colleagues and state servants who had been essential and spared no efforts to enrich and promote bilateral ties between the two friend and brotherly nations.
I do hope relations of friendship and all-embracing collaboration of the two countries will be further enhanced and serve the goals aiming at promotion of the well-being and prosperity of the peoples of Tajikistan and Kuwait.
