Telegram of condolences from the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the President of the Lebanese Republic

On August 5, 2020, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon, sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Lebanese Republic, H.E. Mr. Michel Aoun, which says:

"Your Excellency,

With a feeling of deep sadness, I took the news of the explosion in the port of the city of Beirut, as a result of which a large number of citizens were killed, more than one thousand people were injured and there is massive destruction.

Expressing on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Tajikistan deep condolences to you and all the people of friendly Lebanon, I wish patience and resilience to the families and friends of those who have died, and complete recovery to all the victims."
