Telegram of condolences from the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Amir of the State of Kuwait

On September 30, 2020, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon, sent a telegram of condolences to the Amir of the State of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, which says:

"Your Highness,

We have received with great sorrow the news of the death of the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah.
With the death of this honored politician and statesman, we have lost our respected brother, whose worthy humanistic merits have earned him special authority and respect in the region and around the world.
Thanks to his significant contribution to the development, strengthening and expansion of relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and Kuwait, the deceased will forever remain in our memory.
In connection with this grievous loss, I express our sincere condolences to you, all the relatives and friends of the deceased, the brotherly people of Kuwait, and I ask the Almighty for their good patience.
May the Almighty grant the highly esteemed deceased with his mercy and a worthy place in paradise. "
