Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs with the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Qatar for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution

On October 17, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, received the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Qatar for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani.

During the meeting, the parties underlined the relevance and importance of holding the High-Level Conference on “International and Regional Border Security and Management Cooperation to Counter Terrorism and Prevent the Movement of Terrorists”, which is a continuation of the “Dushanbe Process on Counter-Terrorism”, and also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
