On the days of celebration of Navruz holiday, congratulatory letters are arriving addressed to the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon on behalf of a number of heads of state and government of foreign countries and leaders of international and regional organizations on the occasion of the International Day of Navruz.
