 Born in 1968 in the Republic of Tajikistan.

 Military Service:

 Completed compulsory military service in the Armed Forces during the period 1986–1988.

• Department of Foreign Languages, Dushanbe State Pedagogical University (1992);

• Master's degree, University of Tsukuba, Japan (2004).

 1995–1999 — Third Secretary, Personnel Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;

1999–2004 — Second Secretary, Department for Asian and African Countries, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2004–2005 — First Secretary, Head of Division, Department of International Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2005–2008 — Second Secretary, First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Austria;

2008–2009 — First Secretary, Counsellor, Department for European and American Countries, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2009–2011 — Head of Division, Department of International Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2011–2014 — First Secretary, Permanent Mission of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United Nations, New York;

2017–2025 — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Austria; Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the United Nations and other international organizations in Vienna;

2018–2025 — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Romania (with residence in Vienna);

2019–2025 — Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Hungary (with residence in Vienna);
