Presentation of copies of the Credentials of the Ambassador of Sri Lanka

On April 15, 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sanoi Boyzoda received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Republic of Tajikistan (with residence in Islamabad) Fred Seneviratne on the occasion of presenting a copy of his credentials.

During the meeting, the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Sri Lanka, including in the fields of investment, agriculture and education, were discussed.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs wished the new Sri Lankan Ambassador success and achievements in his further diplomatic activities in Tajikistan.
