Meeting of the Minister with the Group of Ambassadors of the OSCE Participating States

On 22 May 2026, in Dushanbe, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin, held a meeting with a group of ambassadors of the participating States of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Tajikistan and the OSCE, as well as topical issues on the regional and international agenda.

Particular attention was given to regional security issues, strengthening border protection, countering emerging threats and challenges, and enhancing cooperation within the OSCE’s politico-military, economic and environmental, and human dimensions. The participants underscored the importance of maintaining a constructive dialogue and advancing joint initiatives in the region.

The ambassadors of the OSCE participating States reaffirmed their readiness to further strengthen partnership with Tajikistan and to support joint projects aimed at promoting stability and sustainable development. The meeting was held in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and constructive exchange of views.
