Working visit of Ambassador of Tajikistan to the Portsmouth University

On September 17, 2019, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United Kingdom Mr. Masud Khalifazoda paid a working visit to the University of Portsmouth.

During the visit the Ambassador met with the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Chris Chang and Director of International Department Professor Bobby Mehta. Sides touched upon the issues of the establishment of bilateral cooperation in science and education, technology and innovation, increasing exchange of students, as well as the possibility of signing a cooperation agreement between the University of Portsmouth and universities of Tajikistan and possibility of opening the branch of this university in Tajikistan.
