Working visit of the Tajik Ambassador to the Northern Ireland

On October 22-23, 2019 the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Great Britain Mr. Masud Khalifazoda paid a working visit to Belfast, Northern Ireland.

During the working visit in order to establish mutually beneficial cooperation in Science, Education, Tourism and Agriculture Ambassador met with the Speaker of the Parliament, Executive Chairman of "Northern Ireland Tourism", Director of Food Center of Queen's University, Vice Chancellor of Alster University, Head of International Department of College of Agriculture and with Director of "Northern Ireland Co-operation Overseas".

During the meetings, the sides discussed the expansion of opportunities for cooperation between the two countries through the media, events such as business forums, exhibitions, training courses and the exchange of experience.

Moreover, during the working visit Masud Khalifazoda had an opportunity to get acquainted with the Northern Ireland experience in agriculture, tourism, science and technology, and visited the horticulture and dairy farms, and laboratories.
