Announcement on registration of media representatives to cover the Ninth Ministerial Conference "Heart of Asia - Istanbul Process"

On 30 March 2021, the Ninth Ministerial Conference "Heart of Asia - Istanbul Process" is scheduled to be held in Dushanbe.

Thereby, the representatives of local and foreign media are kindly requested to contact the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan in regard to their participation in the media coverage of this event by 18 March 2021, 15:00 via e-mail: pressaccreditation@mfa.tj (Tel: +992-37-221-43-69; +992-37-221-83-95) and provide the following information:

For representatives of local and foreign media accredited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

- Full Name;
- Position;
- A photo 3.5x4.5 cm (300 dpic, JPEG);
- Name of the media agency.
 

For representatives of foreign media not accredited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

- A note verbale or letter of accreditation request on official letterhead by the head of media outlet indicating the full names of the media representatives, their positions and a list of equipment;
- A photo 3.5x4.5 cm (300 dpic, JPEG);
- A copy of the passport;
- An e-mail address.
