Presentation of the agriculture potential of Tajikistan in the AgriteQ-2022 in Doha

The 9th International Agricultural Exhibition (AgriteQ-2022) has started its work on March 10, 2022, in Doha, Qatar.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister the Minister of Municipality, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change of Qatar, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Qatar and representatives of business, financial, investment and industrial circles of Qatar, as well as other foreign countries.

At the Economic Forum of the exhibition, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan Khisrav Sohibzoda spoke about the opportunities and potential of the agro-industrial sector of our country, the favorable measures taken by the Government of Tajikistan to attract investment in various sectors of agriculture and food industry, as well as exports and imports of products of these industries.

During the event, 307 international companies from 46 countries will present their products in the fields of agriculture, irrigation, animal husbandry, beekeeping, fisheries, production of machinery and agricultural technologies. More than 10,000 people are expected to visit the exhibition.

The International Exhibition will run until March 14, 2022.
