Briefing on the upcoming UN Water Conference in 2023

On September 16, 2022, under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sharaf Sheralizoda, a briefing was held for the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad, dedicated to the upcoming UN Water Conference in March 2023.

It is important to note that the Republic of Tajikistan is one of the co-chairs of the UN Conference on the mid-term comprehensive review of the implementation of the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018-2028.

In addition, the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Tajikistan were given relevant instructions to promote the water agenda of Tajikistan and implement the sustainable development goals.
