1980-1982 - Service in the Armed Forces of the USSR.

1982-1987 - Student at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.

1987-1989 - Chief engineer-land surveyor of the Komsomolabad region of the Tajik SSR.

1989-1993 - Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection of the Dangara District of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1993-1995 - Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection of Khatlon Region of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1995-2000 - Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2000-2001 - Chairman of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Management under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2001-2006 - Chairman of the State Committee for Land Management of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2006-2008 - Director of the Agency for Land Management, Geodesy and Cartography under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
