Participation of the Tajik delegation at the third «No Money For Terror» Ministerial Conference on Counter-Terrorism financing 

The delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan led by the First deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Abdurahmon Alamshozoda took part at the Third «No Money for Terror» ministerial conference on counter-terrorism financing, which was held on November 18-19, 2022 in New Delhi.

The head of the Tajik delegation, speaking at the plenary session of the Conference, called for strengthening cooperation, national potential, and the exchange of information and experience in the fight against international terrorism, including its financing. The First deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan also provided information on the measures taken by the Government of the country in counter-terrorism financing, strengthening the protection of the state border, etc.

On the sidelines of the conference on November 18, 2022, the First deputy minister of interior of Tajikistan Mr. Abdurahmon Alamshozoda met with the Mr. Swagat Das, Special Secretary  (Internal security) of Ministry of Home Affairs of India,. During the meeting, the parties discussed new opportunities and ways for mutually beneficial cooperation between the ministries of internal affairs of the two countries in the field of counter-organized crime, drug trafficking, and cybercrime, including strengthening national potential.
