The 10th meeting of the Ministers of Transport of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization

On April 28, 2023, the 10th meeting of the Ministers of Transport of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held in New Delhi under the chairmanship of the Republic of India.

The delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan led by the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Azim Ibrohim took part at the meeting and delivered a statement.

During the meeting, the SCO member states discussed issues related to the sharing knowledge and best practices related to reducing carbon emissions in transport and the implementation of modern and innovative technologies for sustainable transportation.

The Ministers of transport of Tajikistan and India held a bilateral meeting on the margins of the event, where they had exchanged of views on strengthening cooperation in the field of transport and sharing experience between the two countries in the use of modern and innovative technologies for sustainable transportation.
