Meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan to France with the Advisor to the President of the French Republic

On February 25, 2026, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to France, Mr. Jamshed Homidzoda held a meeting with Mr. Bertrand Buchwalter, Advisor to the President of the French Republic for Continental Europe and Türkiye at the Élysée Palace.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Tajikistan – France relations, paying particular attention to strengthening high-level political dialogue and expanding cooperation in areas of trade, security, investment, energy and sustainable development.

Also, interlocutors exchanged views on cooperation within international organizations, as well as to the advancement of Tajikistan’s global initiatives in the fields of water, climate, and glacier preservation.
