Visit of the Parliamentary Delegation of Tajikistan to France

​​​​On May 4, 2026, the Deputy Chairwoman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Assembly of Representatives) of the Majlisi Oli (Parliament) of the Tajikistan Ms. Mavsuma Muini and her accompanying delegation held a meeting with Ms. Aurore Bergé, Minister Delegate for Equality between Women and Men and the Fight against Discrimination.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Tajikistan and France in strengthening the role of women in public and political life, women’s empowerment and the protection of human rights.

The meeting took place within the framework of the visit of the parliamentary delegation of Tajikistan aimed at exchanging experience, scheduled for 4–8 May, including meetings with the Parliament and members of the Government of the France.
