Meeting with the Head of the Equality and Diversity Task Force of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs

On May 7, 2026, the Deputy Chairwoman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Assembly of Representatives) of the Majlisi Oli (Parliament) of the Tajikistan, Ms. Mavsuma Muini, and her accompanying delegation held a meeting with Mrs. Laetitia Pierrat, Head of the Equality and Diversity Task Force of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to promoting gender equality, strengthening the role of women in public and political life, as well as combating discrimination.

The sides also exchanged views on national mechanisms and institutional approaches in the fields of legislative initiatives, awareness-raising programs, and international cooperation in these areas.
