Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkiye and friendly and fraternal countries

On June 6, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the host country Mr.Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu gave a reception on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkiye and friendly and brotherly countries.

The event was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Mr.Jeyhun Bayramov and the ambassadors of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.

In his speech, Mr.Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu noted that the promotion of stability and development of the South Caucasus and Central Asia is one of the priorities of Turkiye's foreign policy. At the same time, he noted the mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkiye and other countries.

On the sidelines of the event, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Turkiye met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and the parties exchanged views on cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
