Celebration of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in Ankara

On September 27, 2022, a solemn event dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in Ankara.

The event was attended by the Minister of Trade of Türkiye Mr.Mehmet Muş, Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology of Türkiye Mr.Çetin Ali Donmez, President of KOSGEB Mr.Hasan Basri Kurt, Deputy Vice President of TIKA Mr.Umit Naci Yorulmaz, as well as many guests from various structures of Turkey and representatives of the diplomatic corps, including from the Government, the Office of the President, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Parliament, rectors of prestigious Turkish universities, research centers, Mass media, large industrial and commercial companies and compatriots from abroad.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Türkiye Ashrafjon Gulov at the beginning of the event noted that Tajikistan’s state independence under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Emomali Rahmon created a turning point in the life of the ancient Tajik nation, and thanks to this life-changing phenomenon, our people took the future fate of their state and nation into their own hands.

At the same time, Minister of Trade of Türkiye Mr.Mehmet Muş congratulated the people of Tajikistan on behalf of the Turkish government on the occasion of the 31st Anniversary of State Independence, adding that during this period, relations between the two friendly countries are developing in all directions.
