Ambassador's participation in the Symposium "The contribution of multiculturalism to the contemporary environmental culture and new culture of water"

On November 23, 2022, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Turkiye Mr. Ashrafjon Gulov attended and delivered speech at the Symposium "The contribution of multiculturalism to the contemporary environmental culture and new culture of water" by the invitation of the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Turkiye Mr. Giorgio Marrapodi.

About 50 Italian and Turkish professors, diplomats, experts in the field of water and environment participated in this event in a hybrid format. During his speech, Ambassador introduced participants to the global initiatives of the Founder of peace and National unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan

H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon, namely in the field of water and the fourth step towards the International Decade of Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028".

The Ambassador also informed that based on joint efforts of the embassies of the Republic of Tajikistan, Kingdom of the Netherlands and UN Resident Coordinator Office in Ankara, on November 24, 2022, a briefing on the UN 2023 Water Conference will be conducted.
